Since there are 4 terms, we factorise by grouping method. In the first 2 terms, x is common so we factorise it out. In the next 2 terms, xy is common so we factorise it out. We have to take care of the signs when we factorise out. (Look at my red lines)
Then, 2x-y is common so we factorise it out 1 more time. And lastly, x is common in x-xy, so we factorise out x from it.
