Note that the same number of singapore stamps and malaysian stamps have been added. So the concept is difference between the malaysian and singapore stamps DO NOT CHANGE. They REMAIN THE SAME.
Ratio before addition is 7 : 4. Difference is 3 units. After ratio is 7 : 5, where the difference is 2 units. To make the difference the same, make the difference units to 6.
