I do not agree with both of your answers. You see, first you need to find how many bottles he filled which is 5 1/2 divided by 1/3 which is 33/2 in mixed number is 16 1/2. Then, we know that he filled 16 bottles and had 1/2 a bottle left. Then we take 1/3 divided by 1/2 where we will get 2/3. So, my answer is 2/3. Could you check if you are still correct. If I am wrong, could you explain your method? Thx.

5 1/2 = 11/2
11/2 divide 1/3 = 16 1/2
16 is number of bottles
1/2 is remainder of disinfectant the bottles can hold.
1/2 x 1/3=1/6
