Hi, can i ask why is the first term 6k? I assume u used OV as a fixed position vector to the equation. Why cant u use OA as a fixed position vector tho? Then then line of equation would be OA + 入(direction AV)

Either position vector (OA or OV) is fine. I chose OV because there's less typing involved.

It would be -6i -3j instead. You can transform between the two by a suitable substitution. OV + (mu - 1) AV = OA + mu AV
