The suggested answer for part c is actually 105000. Could you please help me confirm which answer is correct? Thank you

Yes it is
Ok the suggested answer is definitely wrong cause even if you add the 4 sectors and the area of the square together it is still less than 105000
But my answer is also wrong cause I simplified the expression wrongly
