You have already found the height of PQ, 7 cm. By squaring the sides of the triangles, you are able to find the hypotenuse. Since the sun of areas of the squares of sides are equal to the area of square of the hypotenuse. Hope this is a correct working and explanation. Do a double check of answers to be sure mine is correct.
