Thank you so much
Hi, can ask as im not good at geometry. By minus like that, i thought is minus off the overlapping and get the area A+B. How come can find the difference of that shaded A and B? Please advise.
Hi RT, do note that:
Area of semi-circle = overlap + A
Area of triangle = overlap + B
So when you minus:
Overlap + A - overlap - B
= A - B
Area of semi-circle = overlap + A
Area of triangle = overlap + B
So when you minus:
Overlap + A - overlap - B
= A - B
Thks much!
