May i know how you get 16/8?
2 ¾
= 2+ ¾
= 1 + 1 + ¾
= 8/8 + 8/8 + 6/8
= 22/8
Actually
2 = 2/1
When you x 8/8
= 2/1 x 8/8
= 16/8
= 2+ ¾
= 1 + 1 + ¾
= 8/8 + 8/8 + 6/8
= 22/8
Actually
2 = 2/1
When you x 8/8
= 2/1 x 8/8
= 16/8
Or you make
2¾ = 11/4
To make denominator to 8
Multiply 2/2
11/4 × 2/2 = 22/8
2¾ = 11/4
To make denominator to 8
Multiply 2/2
11/4 × 2/2 = 22/8
Got it! Thank you very much
