Using the equation: y=mx+c, sub m= (-2/3) and coordinates of A into the eqn.
0 = (-2/3)(6) + C
C= 4
Hence, equation of AB : y = (-2/3)x + 4
0 = (-2/3)(6) + C
C= 4
Hence, equation of AB : y = (-2/3)x + 4
