You are right that h=20
They question says that it's parallelogram, so the opposite sides are parallel.
Look out for the two letters, the inverted F (highlighted in red), and the Z (highlighted in green).
When it's a parallelogram, the inverted F rule tells u that that the corresponding angles are equal ie it's 64° in this case.
That means to get the bottom angle, it's 64-44 =20°.
The Z rule tells you that alternate angles are equal ie h = 20
Search up "angle rules" on google to see all the rules
