Hi for converting to percentage, just try imagining 1 as 100%, so 3 is 300%.
for 2, just turn it ard, 50% is actually 50/100 and 100% is actually 100/100 which is also 1. Apply this and qn 2 is no prob for you:)

for qn 3, since percent is basically smth over 100, so 1% is 1/100 which is also 0.01. so 68.5% is 68.5/100 which is 0.685.
