Hi Emma,
so firstly we would need to establish that this graph is a maximum point graph.
a). after we find the solution for t @ maximum point using differentiation, we would just subsitute it inside the quation and realise maximum point is below 2.5
b) find the t in terms of a. using differentiation and then substitute it inside the original equation 1 to solve for a:).
