Hi!! Sorry I forgot to ask u this just now! May I know why there's only one answer for the basic angle and not pi- basic angle. Bcos I tot sin is positive in 1st and 2nd quadrant so need two answers?
Not always need two angles. The number of angles needed depends on 1) the range of angle given 2) the graph drawn
For this question, the sin graph cuts the x-axis once, and is the very first positive intersect. Therefore, we take only one answer, the first one which is in the first quadrant.
