Not sure if this is really a math question but, base on the laws of thermodynamics, the fridge will maintain a constant -7°C and as such the fish will lose heat until it matches the temperature of its environment, hence the temperature change is:
-7°C - 35°C = -42°C
-7°C - 35°C = -42°C
