i) use the trigonometric equation, for which sin^2 (x) + cos^2 (x) = 1.
ii) use GC to find graph using parametric function
iii) the point at which the graph intersects the x axis is the point where the tangent is parallel to the y axis.
How I found t value:
x = sin^2 (pi/2) = 0
y= 3cos(pi/2) = 0
