First I went to find summation of
(r+1)^3 -r^3 by MOD.
Then, I equate to summation of 3r^2 + 3r +1.
Manipulate, simplify and get values for summation of r and 1, which is n/2 (first + last) and n respectively, to find summation of r^2.
