If you add 20kg to BCD, then mass of A (30kg) will not equal to mass of BCD (50kg).
The 20kg should be split into 2 equal parts at 10kg each. One part will be added to BCD so that mass of A (40kg) is now equal to mass of BCD (40kg).
Each bag of BCD will get 3 and 3/10kg.
