Hi. This is another approach for your consideration. To go about the question, apply the appropriate 'changing of trigonometric identity' property and you should be good to solve for the value of theta. The question test on the use of R-Formulae or Trigonometric Changing Identity concept or other concepts. The first tutor approach is unique. However one of the answers of theta is wrong. I suggest the tutor to check again. Thanks.
