First ,recall the volume eqn of the cylinder then substitute the values for radius and height that will give the ans in cm^3.

Then to convert cm^3 to litres by dividing 1000.
With this value, u can calculate the time in minutes given the flow rate . The conversion into sec again have to be multiplied by 60 to give final ans
