This question is more of guess and check, below is my explanation, hope it helps.

If Anita answers AT LEAST one of each question, the minimum point is 2+5+7 = 14
43-14=29

To have maximum questions, divide 29 by 2 to get a larger quotient(14) and smaller remainder (1).
But, since there is no question with 1 point, have to make remainder 5 as it is the next possible point.
To do that, the quotient * divisor must equal 4, so minus 2 from 14 which gives 12 (“new” quotient) and remainder 5.

The remainder 5 represent 1 medium question (5points)

Easy = 12 + 1(minimum) = 13
Medium = 1 + 1(minimum) = 2
Difficult = 1(minimum) = 1
