Step.:
1. Draw a circle or semicircle with radius 9cm using compass.
2. Draw line PQ = radius 9cm.
3. Measure QR = 12cm and R must be on the circumstances of circle.
3. Measure RS = 7.5cm and S must be on the circumstances of circle too.
Joint P to S.
4. Measure angle QPS using protractor. The angle is around 132 to 133.
