Since 40% is Uniform Group ,
60% would be sports + club
So
60% = 11+7
10% = 18÷6
= 3
40% = 3 x 4
= 12

So uniform group has 12 students , the bar graph will be until line 12.

Hi , sorry for the late reply.
18 ÷ 6 is because 18 students is in Sports and Clubs , which is 60% since 100% - 40% = 60%
So to find 40% , we can find 10% first by taking
18 ÷ 6 = 3 , then multiply 4 to find 40% , which is the number of students in uniform group.
