For part a), draw a triangle with sides 3 (O), 4 (A), 5 (H).
tan (a)=3/4, cos(a)=4/5, solve
For part b), draw a triangle with sides 13 (H), 12 (A), 5 (O)
cos(90-theta) = sin(theta) = 5/13
sin(90-theta) = cos(theta) = 12/13
tan(theta) = 5/12
