the second part is quite challlenging. you need to be identify the property of a circle where any lines extending from the centre to circumference of circle are equal in length. You can then use the properties of an isosceles triangle to find the required angle.

It is not mentioned that OCB is a straight line. I suppose without making that assumption, you cannot work out the answer.
