Idea is to use substitution to get 2 simultaneous equations. With 2 equations you can solve for m and c. Coordinates are always (x,y) form.
Eqn 1: 8 = m*8 + c
Eqn 2: -7 = m*(-2) + c
Solve for m and c to get the equation
