Normally, I would calculate the solutions and compare the factors for each polynomial. Works for all O-level questions. Did not work for this case...
This is the answer from a friend, Edward Tan, who does Math Olympiad training at Secondary schools. He said you basically need to guess and check a little, from the solutions for the original polynomial.
