You have to know how to form an equation first with the info given. There are two scenarios: one travelling in just x km/h and the other travelling in x km/h for 1 third of the journey than the rest travelling at (x+10) km/h which is 1 h 40 min faster. They have given the difference in time for both scenarios so u can equalize them into one equation then just simplify from there.
