Your method is correct but you need to change 1.1 m and 0.4 m to cm before you multiply as the question asks to express answer in cm³. Hope this helps.

Your final answer is correct but presentation of workings (last two lines) is incorrect. 0.138248 is not equal to 138248. Maybe you can put a separate line below as:
0.138248 m³ = 0.138248 x 100 x 100 x 100
= 138 248 cm³
0.138248 m³ = 0.138248 x 100 x 100 x 100
= 138 248 cm³
