Since water is h2o, the o stand for oxygen. The water will have dissolved oxygen in it. (Dissolved oxygen usually found in water, which is different from the oxygen we breath in) (BUT STILL OXYGEN)And since the plant is doing photosynthesis there will be oxygen produce adding 2 leaves will have a more clear result as compared to 1leaf.
