...sure there are four surfaces measuring "2 by 5"?
Isn't it like this?
- two surfaces measuring "3 by 2"
- two surfaces measuring "2 by 5"
- two surfaces measuring "3 by 5"
Isn't it like this?
- two surfaces measuring "3 by 2"
- two surfaces measuring "2 by 5"
- two surfaces measuring "3 by 5"
So, the total surface area
= 2 x (3 x 2) + 2 x (2 x 5) + 2 x (3 x 5)
= 2 x 6 + 2 x 10 + 2 x 15
= 12 + 20 + 30
= 62
= 2 x (3 x 2) + 2 x (2 x 5) + 2 x (3 x 5)
= 2 x 6 + 2 x 10 + 2 x 15
= 12 + 20 + 30
= 62
