Option 1 & 4 only occurs in plants. Since stated in the question that it is human cells, you can ignore 1 & 4. Option 3 (Cell division) is when a parent cell splits into 2 daughter cells. In the picture it shows sperm cells and an egg cell hence it is a process known as fertillisation.
