A) Need to use Lowest common multiple and once you done, you multiply all of it and you will get 540s = 9 mins.
B) Based in the 60 mins between 12 AM to 1 AM, how many times it will happen. So you will need to get 60 mins divide by 9 mins which will give u 6 times approximately
