n must be = 3*11 so that
(5*3*11) can be divided by (3*11).

if n is not equal to 3*11 then 5n cannot be divided by 3*11. if that is the case 30n cannot be divided by b.

The question said 30n is a multiple of b means it can be divided by b. From there we derive that n is equal to 3*11.
