this question was posted more than a week ago, so i guess you may have already found your solution. nevertheless, this is a rather unusual & interesting question so i decided to still write out a solution.

there are many possible answers, and it is the solution process which is interesting. you need to start from the solution set, and then work backwards to try to form the inequalities.

important note is when you multiply or divide an inequality by a negative quantity, the direction of the inequality changes. so after obtaining your answers, you need to check that your answers do not result in multiplying or dividing by negative quantity.
