A is just a wrong statement looking at the equation
B is wrong as it flows through the external wire not the electrolyte
C is correct as looking at the equation and the oxidation state , O2 with an OS of 0 became 0^2- with an OS of -2 and H+ (+1) became h2 (0) thus its a redox reaction
D its just factually accurate
