I pulled this out from Google for easier explanation. You can use elimination method to answer this question. First, acceleration is out because if you read your text, acceleration has a magnitude + DIRECTION. So, option A and B is out.
Next, we look at velocity. Velocity has magnitude and DIRECTION. With that, option B and D is out. Hence you are left with option C.
