ahh icic thx
may i ask a question? why there is high temperature?
cause this is metal water reaction, which produce large amount of energy and hence heat is evolved
If i throw a piece of copper (metal) into water, do I see steam?
ill correct myself. its a very reactive reaction cause the metal is group 1. for copper it is unreactive towards water so you wont see any reaction.
