Hi the answer for this question is 6. When the equation is negative for all value of x, the discriminant(b^2-4ac) will be smaller than 0. Therefore, if you sub into the discriminant and solve it, you will find that b<6.9282 so the largest integer b could be is 5 as it cannot be bigger than 6.9282.
