a) 3 times as many adults as children. So there should only be 3 sets of 5 for the adults, not 4 sets of 5.
3 × 5 = 15
15 + 4 = 19 (total tickets in 1 set)
Number of sets = 475 tickets ÷ 19 per set = 25
Number of children = 25 (since each set has only 1 child's tickets, and there are 25 sets)
b) Adults' tickets = 15 per set × 25 sets = 375
Children's tickets = 25 × 4 = 100 (or 475 - 375 = 100)
Difference = 375 - 100 = 275
The adults were given 275 more tickets than children.
