Consider adding area of circle and semi-circles together. Notice the region where they overlap. When u subtract area of triangle from the sumed area above, u will note that the overlap regions (between circle and semi-circles) are removed.

Subtracting area of triangle from the sumed areas (circle and 2 semi circles) leaves a template identical to the shaded region in the question. Hope this helps!
