Let cost of apple tart be x and cost of blueberry tarts be y.
7x + 12y =51.80
5x = 2y
Solving this,
7x + 30x = $51.80
X = $1.40
Y = $3.50
Remaining apple tarts: 21-7=14
Remaining blueberry tarts: 30-12=18
14*$1.40 + 18*$3.50 = $82.60
She needs $82.60 more to buy the remaining tarts.
