Here's way you can tackle MCQs, by using the options given.

Perimeter is the sum all the sides of the trapezium

Since we know the slanted sides of the trapezium will be 3cm, the sum of top and bottom of the trapezium will be
57-3-3 = 51cm.

If answer is (1), 8x3 =24cm, which is not equals to 51cm

Therefore answer is (3)
17 x 3 = 51cm
