Total number of chairs = 16 × 19 = 304
To avoid confusion, take away the 4 corner chairs first.
304 - 4 = 300
Number of non-corner chairs per side of the square = 300 ÷ 4 = 75
When you count the number of chairs on each side, it's counting two corner chairs as well.
Total number of chairs per side of the square = 75 + 2 = 77
Percentage of chairs lined along 1 side = (77/304 × 100) %
= 25 25/77 %
≈ 25.3% (to 1 decimal place)

Typo,it should be 25 25/76 % instead of 25 25/77 %
