Maybe if you use more significant figure of the probability p, you might get the same value as the answer... Try :)
yup i did that and it didn't work out :( the only time i got 0.960 was when i didn't use sampling mean... it can be derived from using a binom distribution of 240 bombs with p=0.56699 and finding P(X<=149)
If is Binomial 240, then it is not "average bombs per plane"...
