No. Not correct.
T1 = 7 = 7 + 0 = 7 + 6(1 - 1)
T2 = 13 = 7 + 6 = 7 + 6(2 - 1)
T3 = 19 = 7 + 12 = 7 + 6(2) = 7 + 6(3 - 1)
T4 = 25 = 7 + 18 = 8 + 6(3) = 7 + 6(4 - 1)
So,
Tn = 7 + 6(n - 1) = 7 + 6n - 6 = 6n + 1

Alternatively,

T1 = 7 = 1 + 6
T2 = 13 = 1 + 12 = 1 + 6(2)
T3 = 19 = 1 + 18 = 1 + 6(3)
T4 = 25 = 1 + 24 = 1 + 6(4)

So,

Tn = 1 + 6n

(or 6n + 1)
