Question ask for 2 integers, but what you have obtained are decimals.
0.1 : 0.03
Multiply by 100
10 : 3
Alternatively, you can convert them to grams first.
½kg = 0.5kg = 500 g
0.15kg = 150g
Ratio is :
500 : 150
= 50 : 15
= 10 : 3
It might be easier this way.
