Factorise the quadratic equation to find the turning point as well as the x-intercepts.
Note that the turning point is (2,1) due to the modulus, without the modulus effect the turning point should be (2,-1).
Finding the starting and ending point of the graph was not necessary but I did it for a better understanding of the graph.
