Duration from 8am to 11.30 am → 3 h 30 min = 210 min
Total time elapsed for 3 bicycles combined = 3 × 210 min = 630 min
Time spent by each person = 630 min ÷ 5 = 126 min = 2h 6 min

Thank you very much
Welcome.
Alternative thinking :
If there was only 1 bicycle, and 2 people had to share it, then each person only gets to ride it for ½ of the time.
Likewise, if there were only 3 bicycles and 6 people had to share them, then each person only gets to ride a bicycle for 3/6 = ½ of the time.
Similarly, if there were only 3 bicycles and 4 people had to share them, each person would only get to ride a bicycle for ¾ of the time.
For this question, there are 3 bicycles but 5 people. So each person gets to ride a bicycle for 3/5 of the time.
3/5 × 210 min = 126 min = 2 h 6 min
We get the same answer. The way the timeslots are allocated to each person in this question is irrelevant so we don't have to worry about it.

Ok. Thanks.
