Orientation of rectangle ④⑤⑥⑦ is 3 cm × 4 cm instead of 4cm × 3cm.
The trick of question for fully utilise the paper.
The arrangements is 4cm and 4cm on 9cm side.
If you notice that rectangle ①②③ arrangements is 3cm ,3cm and 3cm on 9 cm side.
