If the cylinder are similar, all the ratios are the same: 10/15 = 2/3
For area, the ratio will be squared as there's a multiple of length twice,
Applies to volume, cubing the ratio:
A) area of A: B
= 2 * 2 : 3 * 3
= 4:9 //
B) capacity/volume of A:B
= 2 * 2 * 2 : 3 * 3 * 3
= 8 : 27 //
